Please note: If your email provider keeps sending important emails from a certain sender to your spam folder, your provider is identifying them as unimportant and possibly harmful emails that you probably don't want. Spam filers aren't always 100% correct so you may need to make an email filter to apply to a specific email address or a whole domain. You can make it stop by explicitly telling your provider that the email is safe, which will allow it through the spam filter. You accomplish this by whitelisting the email address—that is, adding it to the safe senders' list. To learn how to do this, google, "how to whitelist an email address".
